To qualify for a return, all requests must be submitted within sixty (60) days from the delivery date. Any return requests received beyond this sixty-day period will not be eligible for a refund. The returned items must be in their original transport packaging with all components intact. While customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, these expenses will be reimbursed along with the primary refund amount.
Ownership of Returned Goods
In cases where a return is permitted according to our policy or when we provide written authorization, we do not assume ownership of the returned merchandise until it arrives at our fulfillment center, within sixty (60) days from the date of return approval confirmation. Refunds will be initiated only after we receive the returned goods. In certain circumstances, we may opt to issue a refund without requiring the return of the item, at our discretion.
Items Ineligible for Return
Returns cannot be accepted for the following reasons:
– If the product is damaged.
– If the product has been modified or altered, such as by adding additional equipment or replacing parts.
– If the product is stained or soiled by the buyer.
– If the product is missing its original packaging (bag or case).
Refund Procedure
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, you will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of your return. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the funds will be automatically credited to the credit card used for the payment within 5 business days.
